Went to Much Wenlock yesterday, a lovely little town and very significant in the history of the modern Olympic Games.....had a coffee in the raven where Juan Samaranch, seb Coe and others have been wined and dined whilst taking in the importance of the Wenlock Olympian games.movement and the inspiration to Baron de Coubertin that was William penny Brookes...who lived and died and of course is buried here...he was far more than just a Doctor check it out!
